About the plans
New customers get the first month free with full access to the features of their chosen plan, including student management, scheduling, fees, attendance and automated notifications. After one month it automatically converts to a paid subscription, which you can cancel or adjust anytime.
Yes. You can upgrade from Starter to Growth or Professional anytime with prorated billing; downgrades take effect the following month so the current month's service isn't affected.
We accept FPS and bank transfer. Choosing annual billing earns an extra discount.
Active students are those with an attendance or payment record in the month. Archived or paused students aren't counted. The system notifies you as you approach the limit, and you can buy extra capacity monthly or upgrade to the next plan.
All plans are billed per branch per month. For example, Starter is HK$498 / branch / month, so two branches would be HK$996 / month.
ClassMate uses 256-bit SSL encryption, hosts on local Hong Kong data centres with daily automatic backups, and strictly follows Hong Kong's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, with multi-factor authentication for staff access.
Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime with no minimum term. Annual plans get a 10% discount but require a 12-month commitment.
